Never ever!The return service (rebound) can?t find my order- that a joke!I wrote 5 emails, no answer. I tried to call, but the number is not at service all days! I Wrote Siksilk on Instagram-no answer too!Are you kidding me?The quality of the products is also not good. Some articles in S are too big and other Articles in S are too small.Now I have clothes, that do not fit me and that do not look good AND can?t send them back and get my money back, because the customer service does not answer/is not available!!!I am angry and dissatisfied with products and service of Sik silk!!!I want my money back! Take your clothes back!

Trying to return my package - because the size didn?t match and the quality of the product it?s cheap...: first time ordering and will be my last just because of the returning policy ? send my pack nearly a month ago ? no response from costumer service ? tried to contact them many times no one responded back to my email - they have phone number which doesn?t even work neither i get my refund back ? very disappointed ??

Terrible customer service, they just send my parcel to local shopping centre and when I go there to pickup they said we don't have your item.They should have some respect for their customer time .Will never gonna shop from them again. Material is great but sizes are completely off. I ordered a S size and it was US 8...wayy too big for me. Customer service is terrible terrible terrible. No 1800 number just emails that keep creating tickets which no one responds to.

Fast delivery. Diffucult to reach by email, because 2 tshirts weren't deliverd. But via the online help chat I spoke with an agent/employee within 3 minutes and she refunded those tshirt within a minute. I received an email confirmation and she helped me with my return as well. Good quality clothes and very friendly. So my advice is to reach out to the online help chat, ask for an agent if you have any problems.

I bought pants for 4 thousand rubles. This money just went out into the air, the brand itself. Photos and real life are just different. Quality control is clearly lacking, the quality of things is just disgusting. They're not worth the money, they just aren't worth it. The goods were packed, but my doubts were right, after a week of wearing I noticed the pellets, I wore them twice! Just thank you for your awful indifference to your customers. Ordered just a t shirt tuesday and still hasnt been dispatched..... took 3 days to be notified it was being processed, think spend a bit of the marketing budget on actually getting the products sent out. I completely get its easter but used a lot quicker service from an online business, just hope its worth the wait
