Arrived at the hotel plenty of parking with a friendly speedy check in, though we arrived at 2.45 and check in was 3 and to be charged if want room then is not very good I get if it was quite a period. Parking was reasonably priced, but would be far better if was free. Ate in the tunny catch 1st night which was nice and not a beefeater :) Didn't have much to complain about over our stay... the shower was leaking everywhere which they sort of fixed, hair dryer broke the staff told us nothing wrong with it but it cut out as my girlfriend was drying her hair I'm sure they replaced it just didn't tell us that. Lastly to have the toilet paper in a dispenser is rubbish. We had breakfast each morning which was pretty good over all as to where the staff some better than others. Would stay here again, though not the best Premier inn I've stayed in.

Fantastic staff who went above and beyond and made we my grandson?s trip really special. My grandson is SEN and has Autism and sensory issues, he loves cleaning, tags etc. you all made his weekend by presenting him with his own shirt, tags, water bottle and job pack. Thank you so much x

Stayed here mid-September for 3 nights. Staff very helpful, continental breakfast good, room and bed comfortable, milk pots readily available. Parking extra but we were out quite a lot so not a problem in evenings. Bus stop outside hotel. Pub with food next door, but hotel also serves food in evening - need to book table - food is nice.

Couldn't wait to leave, the room was reasonable size, the bed was a small double, uncomfortable best describes it. Staff were friendly enough though, car park is council owned so you have to pay during the day, there was a pub next door we didn't go in though, I can't say much more as it would be all negative.

We arrived and booked in at about eight o'clock in the evening. After a long trip down from the north of Scotland we were looking forward to a sit-down evening meal. Looking at the hotel information sheet in the room, we read that the restaurant is open from 5:30 to 9:30. It was just coming up to 8:30 so we made our way down to the hotel restaurant. When we were attended to, we were advised that we wouldn't be eating because the restaurant closed at 8:30! And this on a Friday! This is a shame because this gives a first, and bad, impression of a hotel which provides, an otherwise, very good service with friendly and attentive staff. Please, either provide the service you describe in your information sheet or ammend the sheet to reflect accurate timings.

The hotel was very good in terms of accommodation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This was most impressive. Parking was not a problem with plenty of spaces. Stayed for 4 nights and the menu was the same each night but food was OK.

Friendly staff, lovely room, very clean room, comfortable bed, and you can help yourself to as much tea, coffee, milk, and sugar as you want. We didn't bother with breakfast in there. it's a bit expensive if you don't fancy all you can eat breakfast. There are some nice cafes on the seafront, a short walk away, that do a sausage or bacon sandwich. Be aware carparking is expensive £6 a day unless you are a blue badge holder, and then it's free. Double check in the hotel about this.

Stayed at Scarborough North Bay Hotel for 3 nights. First time visited this particular Premier Inn and it was up to the usual reliable good standard that I?ve come to expect from Premier Inn. The staff in particular were excellent. Friendly and professional service. Great location with a path leading directly from the car park to the beach front, ( a little steep but worth the climb back after an ice cream on the seafront ! )

Staff are so friendly. They knew it was my sons birthday and they had a banner out for out evening meal. Beds very comfy, tv has a hdmi port below, so don't forget your fire stick. You can buy premium WiFi for £5 and we'll worth it. Breakfast was great. We'll done!!

Visited Scarborough for three days in town centre accommodation (July 19/21)My stay was ruined by the screeching seagulls 24/7. Apart from the noise, their droppings were everywhere. Sometimes on the heads of unsuspecting people. In the main street, shopkeepers were cleaning mess from their shopfronts. Any empty premises with ledges provided a haven for the bird's nests.Unless this problem is addressed I will not be visiting Scarborough again.

Although my phone said there was a tourist information centre it did not exist. I have a feeling that it is in the booking office of the open air theatre. I asked local café for directions and was directed to Brunswick centre to be told on arrival that it's not been there for SEVEN years. To say the least I was not impressed that an area like Scarborough did not have a T I C.
