My Pretty little thing package with clothes for my new job are at this depot. They said it would be delivered 21st August which is a sunday. However this depot is closed on a sunday. So now i?m stuck without work clothes because they?re too incompetent to do their job properly.

Single window and small office makes it pretty cramped and slow when busy. Make sure you have your delivery note and some ID!

Tried to collect a parcel for my mum - I had the calling card and her ID - all the required documents according to what it said on the calling card. But the very rude and impatient man on duty refused - said I needed another ID with the same address. I then had to walk all the way back to the car where my dad was waiting - Thankfully he had ID with him so we were able to collect in the end. A very simple process made uneccessarily complicated. Avoid this place if you can!
