Carl- the owner garage is a very humble and kind guy. He helped me when other garages didn?t have any appointments available immediately. He troubleshoot the issues rightaway. Also the prices were very optimum and quite less than other garages. Will definitely recommend.

Great garage we travelled from the Wirral to Scarborough for a weekend away when our car started to break down we travelled through Scarborough in a rush to find a garage and found the Esplanade garage . We would like to thank Carl and his team for the support they gave us .We were in a mess 200 miles from home but these guys took over ordered the parts we needed to repair the car and got us back on the road.These guys were amazing .Thank you again to Carl and your team .?????

During a trip to North Yorkshire with my family our car suffered a serious electrical failure.After calling several garages and getting the 'sorry we are fully booked form the next two weeks' I called Carl at Esplanade and he said bring it in and we will get it sorted.We initially were told it was a starter motor failure and when the recovery mechanic (Adie, another amazing individual) started to look into the issue, he wasn't happy with the initial diagnosis and went above and beyond to dig deeper. He helped us get the car running and followed us along the route but when the car failed again he towed us there. Adi was talking to Carl on the way to help diagnose the issue. We arrived at lunchtime, Carl and his team got started on our car the minute we arrived and assured us we would be back on the road as soon as possible.It turned out after Carl had investigated further that our starter motor had failed but had caused the alternator to burn out and kill the battery also burning out an earth cable. They worked past closing to get us back on the road. What Carl didn't tell me until later in the day after chatting was that he was also booked up for weeks but could not see us stranded.I cannot praise them highly enough as they didn't just replace parts that had failed, they got to the root of the problem and solved it.I wish there were more Carl's around today as we would be in such a better place.

Couldn?t recommend this garage enough. Had a problem, same day I called, I took my car in, it was diagnosed and parts were ordered. They were all absolutely lovely, kept me updated, thorough throughout and absolutely smashed it. Thank you again, I really do appreciate it.

just wanted to say a huge thank you to Carl and the team at Esplanade garage.
I was so embarrassed at running out of fuel one time and this lovely, professional man came out to Seamer where I had broken down and assisted me in moving my car to a safe area and refueling my car quickly and efficiently and checked the car was running before leaving me to get on with my journey and saved me a lot of embarrassingly time blocking the road :(
Since this instance I have used Esplanade Garage for general maintenance of my car's and have always found them to be genuine and very reasonably priced. I would recommend the best little gem I have found
cars are both still running and working well.

Carl not only got my bike going at the side of the road with a temporary repair, he then offered to have me follow him back to the garage where he completed a full repair within about half an hour. Just time for us to drink the brew provided! Absolutely top class bloke and service who I can?t recommend highly enough. Five stars ?? ????????

On a break in Scarborough and got a flat tyre.
Luckily Esplanade was open and very close to where we were staying.
Carl was really nice and had it sorted within 2 hours.
Genuine guy and a good price, thank you for taking the stress out of this situation and helping us out last minute!

After endless silly quotes for a damaged shock absorber. I was given quote off Carl and it was a fair and firm price. I had drive from Hull to Scarborough. It was worth it! It was fixed within the hour and now car is all good. I needed it fixed ASAP and he fitted me in. A nice guy who is a true professional. Thank you Carl. I will use your garage again.
