Amazing staff. When I was taken poorly last week they took control of the situation in a calm, kind and caring way. They swiftly dealt with the situation and got me the help I needed. They were calm and reassuring. Excellent teamwork and I am extremely grateful to all of them

Poor service. Rude and incompetent staff.I recently have been to the pharmacy to ask advice because of a tick bite and I was having an infection. The pharmacist visited me and didn't know what it was and said it wasn't infected. I went to the walk-in centre to see a doctor and confirmed it was infected and gave me antibiotics.Today I went to the pharmacy to take my prescription I booked a few days ago and the pharmacy said they have the prescription but didn't have the tablets yet and to come back probably tomorrow to see if they are ready. Wasting time and when I was asking for the prescription the lady went on the back to see if it was ready and then she came back to put her jacket on and went out without saying anything and I was waiting. Very rude and strange behaviour.They also can't understand my name and surname all the time I have to write it down for them.

The lady with glasses that works there & served me today, you?ve got a disgusting, horrible, attitude? Definitely will not be coming in again. And I know a few people that have had problems with her. Sort it out.

Very rude. Mislaid my prescription, went in twice to collect, and even though the Doctor told me that it had been received by Aston's, they still denied it..... but, low and behold, there it was!. No apologies, but managed to make me feel like it was my fault?! I have now changed my pharmacy, as this wasn't the first time I had problems with them. Very unprofessional and rude. You are a total inconvenience to them

First time visiting and collecting a prescription after changing pharmacies due to my previous one closing. I asked about prescription home deliveries as I have a health condition which limits my energy levels and causes daily significant pain (I didn't say this as didn't think it was necessary) and I was recommended to this pharmacy because of this service.The person serving me pretty much looked me up and down and said "that's usually for people over 65 and those who can't get out of the house" and I said I that I have a health condition. They said I could get someone else to pick it up for me (which I can't), and mentioned several times that it's for people over 65 and people who can't get out of the house.I felt very pressured into not going through with my request but made it clear that I would like them to write my name and number down. They also asked what health condition I have, which I chose not to share.I left feeling quite upset and went back in a few minutes later to say that I felt that the interaction was quite inappropriate and unprofessional. They said that they're very sorry and they have to ask those questions.I don't have an issue with being asked what health condition I have, but it felt very much like because I was stood there in front of them (for the very first time, collecting my very first prescription) that I couldn't possibly be eligible for the service. This is a poor excuse and I don't feel believe having to ask certain questions includes stating "it's usually for over 65s and those who can't get out of the house" several times. Please don't assume that because I'm stood right there in front of you right now, that I don't have days where I can't get out of bed. This is an incredibly harmful mindset to have.Edit to add in response to Aston's reply: lmao what a sad response. "Sorry to hear that", you can't even apologise for the ableist attitude your member of staff portrayed hahahahaha. I'm exploring other avenues before I have to use Aston's again and looking into other delivery services that won't assume I'm asking for it for the sake of it. Everyone's being screwed over by the government right now, you're not special for it and that doesn't mean you get to make customers feel bad and ashamed about enquiring.

A truly wonderful caring business. They are always so helpful and pull out the stops for me. No matter what staff come and go they are all so friendly and helpful. First class business. Having my meds means I can work and look after my children and these guys have stepped up when there has been issues from the GP side as well. Five star

My wife rang this pharmacy as we could get into the doctors. She wanted to see someone about the skin problems my daughter has and what would be best for her.She arrived and was greeted by the friendly staff on counter and waited 40 mins to be seen by a gentleman would obviously has no interest in the job as he never looked at her or the problem and made a guess as to what the problem may be and told my wife just to try certain products and see if that works.I know no one is perfect but this guy made no attempt to help my daughter and its a shame because this pharmacy is been dragged down by him .
