Dog friendly, but NOT people friendly! Such a miserable staff member serving, that let the whole place and atmosphere down. I warned a couple as they were walking in, and once I went back past the bar, they said "you were right". Smugglers Ale House is nestled in the old historical lower part of Robin Hoods Bay. We have changed from formal dinning to a cosy candle lit bar with open fires offering home made stone baked pizzas , deli boards and nibbles. Cask ales, fine wines and a large range of Gins all ready to be enjoyed in an adult only environment (over 18’s) you are more than welcome to just call for a drink in either bar or enjoy both drinks and food. It is advised to call in to pre book a food table
