Unbelievable Gym. My sons been having one to ones with Darren, can?t rate him highly enough. My son loves the sessions and he can?t wait to start on his kids group classes.

My daughter who is 5 has been going to instinct dragons for over a year. We needed something to boost her confidence and dragons has certainly done that. She's also learnt alot more without even realising. She is a really anxious and quiet kid but when she goes to dragons she's like a different kid. She's loving working towards her stripes and she cant wait to go into the "big kids ninja class" I would recommend instinct dragons to anyone who needs something for their kids to be apart of while they learn valuable skills

Great place to train and learn kick boxing/muay Thai. Very welcoming gym/club. Instructors are all very knowledgeably. I leave every class smiling, highly recommend trying a class.
