I've had a few trips to this branch, regarding advice and purchase of the envirotile range. On each occasion the staff were friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and helped with my order details. First class service.

Placed an order for delivery a week ago. Nobody telephoned to arrange delivery. Rang but answerphone and unable to leave message as mailbox was full. Tried chat and was told their phone system was down and I should email store. Emailed store without reply. It is hard to see how the service could get any worse.
