We are regular customers at Ali Super Store and have been going since its been opened and we usually spend £100+ on groceries every month here and today unfortunately my 6 year old son accidentally dropped 1 egg and the worker (lady) was rude and asked me to pay for a whole box of eggs!! Very disappointed at the customer service!!

I could stay in there for hours! But then I'm an avid enthusiast of Asian foods.The fruit and veg is not always at its best I noticed.Overall.....magic!

### Avoid ###, Some products are outdated. I cannot believe, they are using tape to reseal packet and putting them on shelves for selling eatables. I bought large packet of crisps and when I reached home find that packets were reseal, and because of this crisps had bad taste. BECAREFUL, must check; best before date and temperd packing when you shop at Ali's Superstore Middlesbrough.

The freshest meat on the market. I do recommend for best beef and lamb in the North East area! Honestly! Plus many more other cuisine products, found nowhere else!
