I was greeted on arrival and guided to the show room. I am very impressed with the extensive range on display. Simon,is very knowledgeable. On hand for help when required. Otherwise my Plumber Owen Revis and I could browse and discuss unrushed. I left confident that the choice made were the right ones and will look fantastic. A very pleasant experience . Thank you.

I visited the showroom two weeks ago and took the dimensions of my bathroom which needs complete refurbishment. I was promised a plan and an idea of costs. To date nothing despite a phone call to chase up. I am not at all impressed and I will not be using them.
