Wouldn't give it one star. Get the opening hours on your website updated, and stop wasting peoples time.

Arrived to find a piece of paper declaring they only open to the public 8 - 10. i.e. don't go by the official hours shown on google. You will have a wasted journey! To the depot manager, if you read this... please make sure that you hours are those advertised/get them updated! You are a public body, take a moment to see read these reviews.

Picked up package mid-morning on a Monday. Second time I?ve done this, and both times the staff was friendly and helpful. I prefer this service over re-delivery.

Strike was cancelled due to the Queens death however there they were closed and 50 other people waited for 30 minutes. One guy said "I'll have a look and if I don't come out it's closed". What does that mean? Why can't they come out or leave a something saying they're closed?Will not post by royal mail again.

If I could give 0 stars to this low life lying establishment then I would. Because they deserve nothing more than big fat zero.Royal mail delivered a parcel to me and when driver was leaving he crashed in to my car and just drove of. When I went to post office, manager came to my house, took pictures, apologised and said I have nothing to worry about, they will get everything sorted. Was waiting for 2 weeks, and all I got back was excuse after excuse, lie after lie. Manager named Paul was saying that all forms been sent away to accident team and I just have to wait. After 2 weeks of waiting got in touch with royal mail accident team and they said there isn't any report made and they haven't received any forms. When accident team rang manager, he denied everything and refused to take any liability.Thanks God for legal cover and cctv footage. See you in court you lying low life establishment. I rather pay extra and use courier from now on, they use your services.NOTHING MORE THEN BIG FAT ZERO STARS FOR YOU.

Always close early before their actual opening times. Very inconvenient for people who work through day.

terrible opening hours:) my parcels get sent here and i would much rather they were sent somewhere i could actually go to on a normal working day.

the Staff here are always really helpful, polite and happy to answer questions - I lived in another city and the post is absolutely fantastic around here compared - never have to wait too long to pick up a parcel.
