Not happy with domino's. They charged me twice for one order. Said I would get a refund so they took my email address and number. Its been 2 weeks and no refund. So I went in today and spoke to the women who took the order. She said she didn't remember me or the order so I showed proof. After taking ages trying to find it on the system I figured I wasn't going to get this refund so said I would just take another pizza of value. She was happy with this but all of a sudden when she took my name she remembered me. Said apologies I never got a refund she forgot to take my email address (I stated she took it) so she said ohh yes I also needed your number (I told her she took this also) she ignored me acting as if she never heard. So I told her it's fine I'll just use cash in future as this is the second time this has happened to me and also happened to a friend. She said they don't accept cash. So I now won't return. If this is how domino's are. Taking twice the money for one order and not acctually giving a refund knowing most customers will just say give me another order of value rather than wait weeks more for the refund. And they don't accept cash. Poor service. Shame as usually the food is good when I order.

Staff inclined to care about their online order fulfilment more than those there in person.You have to flag them down to make sure they don't ignore you for too long.. And leave your pizza to go cold.

Rude staff deliberately confused about offers putting on threatening tone in the store. I don't need to buy the pizza which you choose, it's my selection as the customer. Overpriced by a ridiculous amount no longer justified for poor quality food. Pizza cold almost as soon as it comes over the counter. I don't trust the hygiene values anymore due to witnessing poor levels of staff attention, from people who barely are competent in English.

Quite enjoy a Domino's when I feel like splurging on a takeaway - even more so at the minute as the deals are poor and the prices are higher than ever, but, isn't everywhere? Anyway, felt I needed to review after my nice experience the other day!My partner and I ordered on my payday, and halfway through our food, realised we didn't receive our big dip or our 1.25l bottle of Coke.I rang once we'd finished and the man who answered the phone was so nice and apologetic! The driver should have checked before leaving the store and apologised for my missing items. I said I wasn't fussed about the dip as we'd already eaten, but if the Coke could be delivered at some point that night, I'd appreciate it.An hour later, a driver knocks on my door with Coke and dip, bless him!Our pizzas were good and quite warm still (the toppings were slacking a bit, though! Basically one piece of pepperoni/tandoori chicken per slice), our chicken kickers fab and the cookies were beautiful as ever. I tend to avoid getting wedges as a side now as quite often some are undercooked because of the varying sizes.Hopefully it doesn't happen again, bit if it does, I hope the man who answered the phone answers again next time. So lovely. Good customer service!

Horrific pricing. Most expensive pizza shop in the area and that includes VERY respectable restaurants. Pizzas are extremely inconsistent and have had numerous situations where I've had to send my pizza back from the same order multiple times. I had one scenario where the pizza had to be returned 4 times! It turned up looking like it had been slung at a wall! I was told by management, despite offering to give the pizza back, to send proof to his email because he checked the pizza before they left and it was fine. I sent proof via the email address he provided. He did apologise and was also shocked at the state of the pizza and even delivered the replacement himself however this took over 2 hours of going back and forth. All my friends had eaten their food and I was left to eat alone over an hour and half after they had eaten theirs. Because of the managers shock and sincere apologies I decided to keep this quiet however after their recent hike in price, I simply cannot keep this experience to myself. SORT OUT YOUR STAFF BEFORE YOU INCREASE YOUR PRICES!!My advice to anybody considering ordering from here would be go to Pizza Hut. They are cheaper, better quality, more consistent, and deliver VERY fast. They aren't perfect but if your looking to splash out, that would be my recommendation.UPDATE - after looking online, you can quite literally get bottomless pizza from Gordon Ramsey for £16, around two thirds of the price of 1 domino's pizza. Puts it into perspective I think.

I waited an hour and a half for a small cheese pizza. It arrived cold and missing the cheese from the centre as it had obviously been left under a hot lamp for ages. After it arrived I decided it was pretty much inedible and went through the online complaints system. This apparently wasn't good enough, so after submitting my pictures of my order, my proof of calling the shop and my order confirmation I was told compensation would only be offered if I had called the shop after receiving the order or if I hadn't accepted it. Well after waiting that long I wasn't going to check it on my doorstep or wait around trying to get through to the store again. Please don't waste your money on a company that don't care and do like I will and support the local eateries of Harrogate.

The 25 mins it says on the website must be the time it takes to accept your order and send it out for delivery. Or maybe it?s the time from the app saying your pizza is on its way to when the app says it?s delivered? Or maybe it?s the time between when the app says it?s delivered to when you actually get it?Needless to say it wasn?t hot when I got it, the only saving grace is I prefer coke pizza to hot pizza.

Waited over an hour for the pizza! Called twice for an update and told there had been a mistake and fresh ones would be delivered. Eventually cold and inedible food arrived. Having spoken to the manger we were given details for a refund, as he promised that the service was unacceptable. Having contacted dominoes they have failed to give us a refund, as we should NOT have accepted the food. Clearly they expected us to try the food in front of the driver! A total waste of money and the HEAD of dominoes customer service being unhelpful and arrogant. Will definitely not be using this takeaway again and have now started using a local private takeaway. Disgraceful service from a company who in 2021 made £560m in the U.K. and disgraceful customer service from the ?HEAD? of dominoes customer service.

They wouldn?t accept cash payment.. all I had was cash so I was refused service even though last time I checked, cash was legal tender. Absolute Disgrace.

I ordered 4 large pizzas and got 2 pizzas (1 large & 1 small) extra for free. And also the polite conversation and help with the opening the door. It was a wonderful experience.
