Absolute shambles minimum of 30 mins wait every time i go to collect prescription no one answers the phone .Very rude staff .3-5 staff and two tills with one unmanned always very busy often one person serving so if has a query or a difficult question then could add 10 minutes to the queue definitely requires improvement

Signs up all around the store about abuse to staff. After the lack of customer service today and being totally ignored I can see why they would be verbally abused. The staff look down on you with an arrogant look of distaste and no they were not verbally abused. If I had to audit this pharmacy they would need a lotmore... read full comment

Abysmal experience.Loads of staff on duty, but only one dealing with customers no matter how big the queue grows due to snails pace service.Unless you have a text that your script is ready, expect to be told to wait another half hour or come back again.Frustrating to say the least.Dangerous if you need Meds that day
