Tried phoning twice. They don?t answer their phone. All I wanted to know was whether they sold candle wick trimmers and at what price. I didn?t want a wasted journey. Looks like I?ll be taking my custom elsewhere.

Visited the store today, tried to purchase some items however i waited several minutes just listening to the 2 staff members chatting and laughing in the back.Left my items near the till and just left.Disgusting service.

Tried to purchase several products but at the till, they refused cash payment. Although I could have paid with a card I did n't want to. It was fifty fifty in buying from yankee candle due to bad reviews on quality. Nevermind will spend my cash on another brand.
