I was in this shop ages as I didn't know what to buy for my son, took photos to send to him and waiting for replies and the staff didn't mind, only happy to help me. Ended up with quite a purchase, great bags too to carry my purchases home ?. All in all, a good shopping experience ?

Amazing!The store was clean and fresh - the staff were more then helpful and knew the answers to what i wanted to know before purchasing a full range - they couldn't have been more helpful! wasn't in the slightest pushy and went out of their way to contact another store when they only had 3 and i wanted 4 - delivered to my home- great service- even took them out to the car!

Bought there non-stick pans and after a year they are flaking. They will argue I haven't used it properly but my point is a £20 tefal pan lasted longer when yours is £120. No no better quality than others

Visited the shop in York Designer outlet and purchased a frying pan for my daughter and her husband. They have used it and found it to be better than other pans they have used in ; The non stick ability, Heat retention , clean up , Handling and weight . It sounds like Le Creuset did a good job in the design and manufacture .
