I use MKM almost daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Building, Plumbing, Heating, Kitchens and Bathrooms. They do them all with 5* service.

Called in to order a couple of radiators and was served by Scott. He was so helpful, they didn?t have our size in stock but by the time we left he had ordered them, got us a delivery day and given us a great price. Couldn?t fault him. Will definitely recommend MKM and use again.

We bought ourkitchen from MKM York at a difficult time - a global pandemic, Brexit and all the attendant supply chain problems. The service we received was superb, however. Ian was always extremely helpful and professional, keepng contact throughout the process and finding quick and effective solutions to any difficulties that arose. Consequently, we were able to have everything we wanted in our new kitchen and in the fastest possible time. We are very happy customers and would definitely use MKM again. Highly recommended.

Been in the the branch today to pick up some plumbing materials.i was served by a lovely young chap mr chris wright very helpful indeed I would recommend mkm 2 every1 the only down side was the coffee machine didn't do a flat white!!!!

My husband and I turned up at MKM York at 11:40 Saturday morning. My husband wanted a good amount of softwood matchboard. We didn?t realise the site closed at 12:00 on a Saturday.
I have to say what a lovely, personable, cheerful staff you have. The guys in the yard were so helpful.
We realised we had calculated for 3 metre lengths, not 3.9 metre lengths, so the guys grabbed a saw and cut a length off each one, making sure it was the right length for what we needed, and to enable us to put the lengths in the small trailer we were using.
I did offer to sweep up for their gallant efforts but they refused, saying we were the customers.
I am so impressed by the men in the yard who obviously were getting ready for home but not once did either of the guys express any negativity for our arrival just before closing.
These two guys went above and beyond the call of duty for two customers who had the temerity to call in just before home time.
The guys are a credit to your company.

PS: My husband has been waiting so long for this wood to finish a project he had begun before lockdown so he is absolutely delighted to have the wood at last, so a big thank you again for making my husband a happy man.
