Delivery was great, price was great but I didn't realise it was a pre authorised payment. So they 'authorised' I had the funds in my account, which my bank accepted and counted as a transaction (deducted). Then the payment 'fell off' (my bank placed back in my account) after 5 days. Terrible company being told it was being delivered today but now tomorrow. Person on the phone told us it’s a lorry issue. I’m sure you have more than one vehicle but hey ho. Will not be ordering again I shall go to a company who are going to actually deliver my heating oil on the day they promise.
