I used to love Dunelm, but for the last four days. I have tried to call customer services at different times without success. What has happened to Dunelm customer service? Answer, it does not exist anymore - even if you try to get through to click & collect.....POINTLESS!Really disappointed.Date of experience: 29 November 2023

Such a terrible company. I ordered a three piece furniture and all arrived on three separate days. Two of which damaged.I call and they hang up on my twice and then they are unwilling to put things right.Now discover you can furniture cheaper elsewhere so will not use again.

Very helpful staff. I visited at a busy time. There wasn't much room in some parts of the store. Cafe looked popular, to busy to feel comfortable. Still have a positive feel about the store though.

Good shop and never been disappointed with any of the items. You get the quality you pay for so more or less does a job but not forever. Great variety of items. Always rate the standard curtains and reduced items as little to non visible issues.Was quite busy last time I went but that was to be expected the closer to Xmas we get. Person behind the till could have better customer service skills but might have just been tired because of the busy day.

It?s a HUGE pig to physically park here!! An unbelievable inconvenience and the unnecessary hassle of a refund for blinds unsuitable for my new business premises. Unbelievable hassle. The whole layout of THIS store is stuffy, overfilled and overwhelming. You just don?t know where to bloody well look. It?s an inconvenience to drive to, park and an absolute circus.Best to avoid at all costs!!

If you want faster checkout don't go Saturday midday. 30+ people in the queue! Also although I bought a packet of 2 pillow cases which had been opened previously I was refused a refund when I returned them- for colour reasons not quality reasons- Check product seals and don't buy opened products EVER if there's a chance they may have to go back. Normally Dunelm is a good shop for a browse but it's losing my attention with it's dropping standards.

Good for fabrics and other little homeware items. Wish they had more space between the aisles as it becomes so over crowded on a busy day and makes browsing tricky. Don't go if you don't want to be overwhelmed!Otherwise we have enjoyed the late afternoon and evening midweek visits more as it tends to be more peaceful.
