With Barclays closing all the banks in small town I now have to drive 14 miles to get to the bank and then sit for a hour to make a bank transfer as the app won't let me due to security this seems to me like a bank cutting corners on staff to up profits I think I will be changing to a more professional bank

Clearly not watching the sames news as the rest of the country. I walked into town to put a cheque along with a paying in slip through the letterbox. The letterbox is not in use and a message attached asking for customers to come in and speak to them! How bizzarre.
