Another delivery poor delivery ( no feet delivers or fitted ) false promise from the delivery drivers to rectify next day !!! The excellent service from the shop and after care on phone all let down.. my advice is don?t trust the delivery drivers !!!

purchase of a £3500 sofa corner cushion collapsed broken recliner sold the gold standard all bells insurance and not worth the paper its written on refusing to fix either defect so please beware of poor quality build and insurance that is basically miss sold will certainly not be making a purchase from Sofology again or there corrupt insurance company they use

Purchased a sofa for £3500 was sold insurance was told that everything would be covered 3 years in and the cushion has basically collapsed in the corner put a claim in on the insurance to have it fixed and told it's not covered very bad build quality for the price so don't waste your time on the insurance as you won't get your sofa fixed

Would never buy from sofology again.Thank you for taking time to respond, I have already contacted customer services and an engineer has visited and identified the repairs needed. Unfortunately the repairs will not be completed as the warranty is not valid for repair to a broken frame, saggy cushions or zip.

Shocking customer service.
Store saying we ordered incorrectly when placing our order.
The Sofa arrived on Saturday and was clearly not what we ordered. The delivery guys were great and took the sofa back.
When we called the call centre they told us we had to wait for the member of staff to come back in today.
We called them back today (even though they said they would call us which they didn't)
We were told we got what we ordered so the error is ours.
There is only one order we could have made due to the layout of the room we were ordering for. So we know 100% we ordered what we needed. The order has been entered incorrectly by the team member at Sofology and we are being told that's she ordered what we told her to order. Clearly not correct.
Sofology have told us our options are to keep a sofa that wont physically fit in the room and pay for it, or pay an extra 40% to get the sofa we ordered in the first place!
Now got a wife in tears as she is worried we are going to have pay out for a sofa we don't want and then pay more for a sofa we need.
Shameful behaviour Sofology absolutely shameful.
Steer well clear.

Great customer service 2nd to none , we got a brilliant sofa set which was very reasonably priced .Delivery guys arrived early and were very nice guys ( George 427 Pete 626 ) and u couldn't ask for a pair of more helpful guys .I would defo shop here again .

Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also.
