Leave you waiting for ages whilst they slowly scan each item, not acknowledging people and ignore the fact a queue is growing in ignorance. Took me over 15 minutes to buy a meal deal on my lunch.

Despite social distancing being a thing not one of their staff have the balls to tell somebody that they are stood too close, this is after blatently seeing that the lady had pushed in and instead of saying something the member of staff just stood there and allowed her to continue. This is after the other gentlemen on the till next to him was just letting people basically add things to their shop as he was scanning so they were stood there ages. Clearly needs to be managed better as they're all young and would rather stand chatting away

Today motherâ??s day great,my beautiful daughter out in the morning very early to bying flowers to me she walks a long way, after she bought flower to me she walks back in her way come a woman with a little child and say Ohhh this flowers bouquet too small!

Overcharged again, items are not sold at the displayed price/offer, I stopped shopping there several months ago after an unpleasant exchange in the shop over an overcharge, it is the worst shop I have encountered for pricing errors and if like many people you don't check your receipt it goes unnoticed.

Lovley staff, amazing infact. Really helpfull and responsible all the time. However, i count on this store every morning to be able to get my lunch for work everyday and only about once a week the meal deal shelf is full in the AM. It annoys the hell out of me, either theres only stuff that goes off that day or just bare shelves. Having to go most days without lunch because of this actually makes me hate walking into the shop. Ive spread the word now its been going on for that long and actually been told about a Co-op not too far down the road by another customer yesterday who was trying yet again (his words) to get lunch.
