Nice the way your staff belittled the old lady and the gentleman witha his dog and the way your staff member nearly caused a riot and maybe worse through lies and negligence I can't now access my money again might I add this is been going on for months Im in the complaints process and rest assured I will be taking this further as everytime I go in branch I am ostrisized everytime I go in. the complains will be looking at cctv of the inncident of me allegedly throwing my bank card at a member of staff and falsely accusing someone of a crime knowing they didn't commit it is a serious offence! and I will be following this all the way I am not going to eat now till Monday and did nothing to stop members of the public seeing my private details is a breach of my data protection I will be contacting the financial conduct authority on Monday and local mp hopefully the seriousness of this is acknowledged

Took ages getting through and the when I did were not helpful at all. Unable to get hold of local branch to speak to them. Haven't taken the covid situation into account and the problems that people are experiencing when dealing with customers.

Opened an account because one near me in Birkdale. It closed down after a couple of years. Now only one branch left in the whole of Southport. Recently tried to book an appointment with them wating ages on the phone told no appointments left for sat would have to book two weeks later ..back at work then...Going to close this account down..I've have enough of their useless service.

Moved everything from Halifax and Santander gave me no issues with the transfer, I messed up which savings account I wanted (100% my fault) and they happily and helpfully let me switch it with no complications, Friendly staff and quick service

Just tried to pay off our loan and take out another one with Santander, after 20 minutes on the phone and half way through the application we found out that we could not proceed any further with the application as when we took out the first loan with this company the member of staff who processed the application had made a mistake with my husbands date of birth, therefore to take out a new loan we had to provide 2 forms of ID and take them to our nearest branch or fax them over as emailing them was not a secure way ,( I was alarmed at that response), we don?t have a near branch or a fax machine (who does) ,we have had our current loan for around 3 years , never missed a payment , how the hell it went through in the first place with the wrong date of birth I do not know . We were rather annoyed at this and have decided to pay off the loan and go with another company . If they are making simple mistakes like this I am surprised that anyone is getting a loan , (still don?t know how the hell our current loan went through though) not only that but this could also damage your credit score . I will be avoiding this company in future.
