I have been using this chemist for several years now and the service has been quick, polite and friendly. Something has changed. I went in two weeks ago for my prescription and told I will need to wait 15 mins. I went back to ask about my prescription 20 mins later, to be \\\"told we are busy and it will ready in 40 min\\\". No apology, no \\\"I will rush it through\\\" or \\\"see what we can do to speed things up\\\" . NOTHING. So I said \\\"I will come back another day, probably tomorrow\\\" . I left the premises fuming.\\nI came back the next day and they had lost my tablets, looking everywhere behind the counter, eventually finding them after an embarrassingly long wait. They did actually apologies for the wait this time.\\nI went with a new prescription 28 January. The waiting area had two people in it. I was served promptly, but told my prescription will be ready in 20 mins.. This I could not understand and there was no explanation of why it would take so long. Only two in the waiting area, approximately 6 people behind the counter. I said \\\"forget it I will go elsewhere\\\". This I did and I had my prescription within 5 mins of handing it in.\\nI have now changed my electronic prescription chemist.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in the country, I have never had my medication on time or without incident within 12 months of going there, the staff are totally under-trained and have the minimum in customer service skills, this is probably one of the places that is crippling the NHS with costs due to very poor management.
