“good for fresh veggies, although slightly limited selection. Stock still a bit hit or miss compared to pre covid levels but good overall with Aldi prices and famously high speed checkout.”

“Been in a few times. Good selection of foodstuffs. Only issue just now is that the website & Google need to update your opening details. Walked up last night with a parcel. Said 10pm on Google & 11pm on your site, but when i got there shutters down & wasn't yet 9.45pm. I left my parcel for collect+ by your door in a little corner hope you saw it!Edit Thank you for returning it for me! ???”

“Large, clean shop. Couldn't find certain items but no staff members in store to ask. We had a £5 voucher so good value, but I'll stick with Aldi from now on.”

“It's hit or miss with the breakfasts we go for at cafe.. not as good as it was 20years ago.. I ordered a big breakfast an the sausages wer disgusting, I think they must of been vegan, I don't eat vegan. The bacon was like plastic food yuk. That's finished it for me at the café no more wasting money there..”

“Called into Tesco in St Helens for a couple of bits and shuffled around on my crutches. When I’d selected my few items I found there were only a couple of tills open. Unfortunately, as always happens to me, I joined a queue where the young woman being served produced a book of coupons and after her items had been scanned, she then went through each coupon in the book to see if she had bought the item and then proceeded to tear certain ones out of her book very slowly, at the same time chatting to the guy on the till. A supervisor who was stood back must have noticed I’d gone pale and sweating and she went and got a chair and sat me down while this woman continued to take her time and have a good natter. The supervisor then put my goods on the conveyor and packed them for me until it was time to pay. If it hadn’t been for this supervisor I definitely would have fainted and I thank her for her help.”

“A convenient Tesco located on the East Lancashire Road. This store has just had a full revamp as it was closed for a month for works to be undertaken. This store has most things you could possibly need including a cash machine.”

“There's an Iceland inside here too which is handy. The tools and homeware range is good. They sell pretty much everything to be fair. Not sure about the quality of some of the items but prices seem to be good and selection is wide. The pet food and toys etc selection is good and there is quite a good range of arts and crafts stuff too.”

“Posting on behalf of my Nan.My Nan came in to this store last week and due to very hot weather and her having walked some distance from the bus stop, she was flushed and very breathless. She went to the pharmacy to pick up what she needed and was offered a seat and a bottle of water by a member of staff called Julie. When I spoke to my Nan on the phone later that day, she said she felt like she’d had a little pamper and couldn’t say enough positive things about Julie and how kind she’d been. She asked me if I could leave a review to pass on her thanks to Julie and she felt so much better after having some water and a sit down.Thank you so much Julie for looking out for my wonderful Nan. It is so lovely to know that people are so happy to help her if needed. ☺️”
