I have visited the post office counter a number of times and always found the staff helpful and courteous. On this occasion Shaz helped with an issue I had with returning an item to an ebay seller. Nothing was any trouble.

The rudestt place I have ever been... the lad behind the cigarette counter needs some serious training in customer skills.. the rudest person I have ever been served by.will not return.

Absolutely appalled by the service I receive this afternoon.\\nWas told I?m only allowed to post 4 items at a time, only drop \\u0026 go allowed to post more items.\\nWeighted my 4 large letters and was told they would be £2.39 each. I inform counter clerk 3 weighted less than 250grams and that 3 would be £1.83 each and 1 would be £2.39. She then asked me to place one of the already weighted large letter back on the scale, so she could check the weight again, I then noticed the scale was already set at 3 grams. Scales should be checked daily as 3 grams can make a big difference to letters/parcels.\\nHaving previously been employed by Post Office Ltd, I found her customer service skills not acceptable. In my previous 30 years of service I would not state to customer how many letters/parcels they could post no matter what time of they day it was.\\nPlus every day we checked the scale was set correctly.\\nWhen I entered the post office at 16.39 I walk straight to the front, no one else was in the office, I had 6 large letters and 2 parcels to post, as I said at the beginning she would only accept 4, I had a large letter stamp in my purse which I placed on my 5th item and asked for proof of postage, I was told they don?t do proof of posting.\\nThe counter clerk needs to go on a customer service skills course or be removed from her job.\\nHer service to me was totally unacceptable.

I attended today to send a last minute urgent parcel. The gentleman behind the counter provided exceptional service and guidance throughout which I?m very grateful for. Will definitely be using their service again.

I've been selling a lot recently due to working at home and finding all sorts round the house to get rid off. I've been using this post office for everything and I must say, they provide a great service, not only is everything set out correctly due to covid such as queues and arrows, but the staff are fantastic, always smiling and always helpful.\\n\\nWill continue to use - thanks a lot for your service.

My Wife is furloughed and has since February worked from home, Monday to Friday 5 days a week. She is a Group Administrator for a large company and as such has to get Directors signatures on Classified letters and such. I take all these envelopes and other documents to the Belle Vale Post Office for first class delivery. The Staff are always welcoming and nothing is to difficult for them, Sometimes big parcels have to go and the staff always give me the best possible information making sure the Parcel/Documents get to go where they should and within the time limit. I can't thank the Gentleman enough as he always has a smile and the answer to my every question no matter how small or trivial. Always 5 star treatment with 100% satisfaction. Keep up the good work I wouldn't go anywhere else.
