worst bank. The service was not nice. unhelpful. I got so angry that I made a mistake when I entered the amount. I hope they will be honest enough to pay me back. But I definitely won't go there again, shame on me. they should be disciplined for the way we were treated

Worst bank ever, no one behind counter, no queues, no idea where to go, woman just sitting at desk not helping anybody, only went there because my local branch closed down, just walked out without getting seen, going to change banks because I cannot deal with going in there again.

The staff are fine. The bank is getting worse and worse. Cant pay my credit card with cash, they have stolen money from my son. used to be good now rubbish.

Every time I come to try to solve a problem in this bank, it is a lack of will on the part of some of the attendants that is to be regretted.Now I have to drive 5mi to go to the same bank, where they will really care about the customer.A physical bank where they could help, and they don't.

Having been to other Lloyds branches which are very professional this particular branch at Liverpool Broadway the staff are rude and very unprofessional. I would never go there again and if this was my only local branch I would prefer to switch banks.

Thought I'd see if my dog was welcome there, she was :) or at least, nobody told us to leave and I was able to use the services unhindered. Helpful staff.

The worse bank ever still not got my normal card 6 months after turning 19 my friend got his 2 weeks after tunring 19 in march i am still waiting from November what a joke would not recommend gettin a account with these waste of spaces
