I came in to buy a new licence plate yesterday after it had been stolen off my car, Trish served me and was not only helpful but very empathetic and kind. The way she addressed me was lovely and made me feel a lot better after a horrible incident. Thanks Trish!

My new name for Halfords is Halfrauds never buy a bike from here product so poor customer service just tell lies !!! After my recent dealings with Halfords Edge Lane Liverpool I feel I have taken out on them my frustration it was the Crewe store who told the police they don't have CCTV so they could see what really happened, I have asked everyone I have talked to in Halfords if they do indeed have CCTV and I am assured they all do if the police were given access to the CCTV it would not be me who was arrested hence the reason the bike store manager told the police they don't also I have contacted customer service multiple times and have been promised a call of a manager to help resolve the situation I am still waiting two weeks on !!!!That said the staff and service at Edge Lane couldn't have been better so would like to apologise if it appears I was venting at that store it wasn't meant to appear that way it is the staff at Halfords Crewe who were aggressive and liars...sorry Halfords Edge Lane you have been brilliant Leslie Akrigg

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the failed bicycle pick-up scheduled for today at 5:30 pm. Yesterday, I received an email indicating a service review, stating that the bicycle was picked at 19:27 from Till number 3 at Edge Lane Store. This communication left me quite upset. However, reassurance was provided during my phone call this morning, assuring me that I could indeed pick up the bicycle today and the email was mistakenly sent. Owing to the confusions created, I reached out in the afternoon to confirm the status of my order and potentially expedite the pick-up process. Following my conversation with your store, I was given confirmation that the bicycle would be ready for collection and all steps are done in this regard.Despite these assurances, I faced yet another disappointment as I arrived at the store only to find out that my bicycle was not ready for collection as the store need to reach cycle-to-work, that I believe should have been done earlier to avoid any inconvenience. This situation resulted in an inconvenience that extended over an hour of waiting time, coupled with a total walking distance of nearly one hour and forty minutes. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of organization and follow-through, especially after making multiple inquiries to ensure a smooth pick-up process.Never recommending Halford!!!
