Travelled over 10 miles to do an exchange. Rang ahead first and the sale assistant said she had them put aside. When I got to the shop they told me the size was actually the wrong one. Clearly hadn’t checked!!! Total wasted journey and no apology from them or the manager. Very poor service indeed
