We visited EE outlet earlier this week and received a service by Maggie who was very courteous and helpful, answered all questions with a smile *thank you Maggie* as far as signal and speed was excellent

Didnt get the guys name instore but he was super helpful, explained everyrhing to me in detail and sorted me out. 5 sta, which is more than i can say for EEs terrible call centre staff.

I came in yesterday to get a new phone, luckily i knew what i wanted, got given a guy called Tim to deal with it, should?ve just asked for someone else, guy didn?t even want to compare or show deals just sat me down talking about economic inflation which was useless, guy didn?t show me any EE loyalty, gave me a plan that?s a bit worse than i had wanted but we move, guy sold me a contract without even checking any of my ID needed to do with my eSim, had me in a bit of a panic as i didn?t have time to go get my stuff from home. Terrible service overall, would rather he didn?t regard me as a sale as i could?ve done better myself.

I went in over a month again, spoke about renewing my contract and spoke to one of the team who was brilliant, he explained all about the phone I was looking at and could not be more helpful. I said I'll be in next week when my contract had ended.Wow the Sunday I walked in spoke to a younger tall lad about the phone I was after, he was shocking, not interested at all, not sure if he had a hang over but customer service was shocking. Sat there for 10 minutes as he was looking for something on line, did not sit down with me but stood over me and talking to his laptop, no interest in me or my custom. I walked out as he was shocking I'm not spending my money if that's the service you get, avoid Sunday's must be hang over day

I have to say that the hospitality that this place has given me deserves 5*! I went in asking for an advice about my upgrade and left very happy with my new plan, new phone and a watch! Ameen has been very patient with me, very helpful and wonderful. Very clean, spacious, staff seems to be on top of everything. 5/5.Please give this man a pay rise!

I have been trying to cancel a sim that "your sales person" added to my account by mistake. I have visited the store 4-5 times. I also met the manager of the store and was provided with the screenshot of the email that he sent to someone to cancel the unwanted sim, but it still hasn't been cancelled. I haven't received the refund for the first charge, I'll be charged again for the same sim on 28th March. I cannot keep paying for the sim that i don?t want and haven?t used. I don?t know where can I get help regarding this. As far as I'm concerned, it should just take a couple of clicks to cancel the sim, which hasn't been done yet. Now I am regretting my decision to port my number to EE and sign a contract with you guys for 2 freaking years.

Staff were helpful :) I got a discount as I?m NHS staff but I wasn?t told that by staff my friend made me aware of it, either way helpful and nice customer service

Yesterday I had been there only to transfer my number to EE unfortunately the girl took around 10 or more minutes to bring a new sim after that her pos machine was not working as she forgot her password or something like that concerning the password now made me wait for 5 more minutes then she can?t continue on her tablet she needed the pc to fill all the details again some few problems with the pc unbelievable EE needs to train some few of it workers like that.
