Avoid like the plague! Staff are lazy, rude and unhelpful. Parcel machine is always mysteriously 'broken' or they don't have any receipt slips or they have some other ridiculous excuse not to do any work. Pretty sure they deliberately unplug the machine then have the nerve to be cheeky if you try and fix it! The owner woman is a miserable excuse of a human being who seems intent on projecting anger over her pathetic existence on to customers. Do yourself a favour and go to Mabs a bit further down the road if you need to send Evri parcels.

I used to use this service station to return Hermes parcels but I?ve been several times now in the past couple weeks to be told no as I get to the till, after they watch me walk past the window with parcel in hand and let me print off all my return labels by the door. It?s very frustrating now as I have to go out my way to find another parcel store. If it?s not the machine that?s broke or the printer running out of stickers, it?s the lack of receipt papers. Every time I attempt to send a parcel it?s something different. Completely get that you can run out of receipts but there will be plenty of other people losing out on money if they can?t get to another parcel shop. Where is the urgency to order them in or persist in asking the Hermes drivers to drop them off next time they turn up? They don?t even actually have a reason to turn up if there are no parcels being returned as the staff aren?t bothered to flag up that they have no receipts left. But I guess that?s what the staff want so they don?t actually have to do the bare minimum of work. Even the rare occasions where I could return parcels it seemed to inconvenience the two women behind the till every time while they were busy on their phones. I?m just lucky I can travel to another parcel shop to save myself the misery of having to visit this store and encounter the vile attitudes from the staff.

Beware of Mrs. Grumpy!Don't go here because of customer service. Don't go here for the best prices around. Only go here because it's conveniently located.Mrs. Grumpy seems to be the owner here, and I've been served by her more than once; she seems to view customers as something of irritation which interrupt her banal and dreary life.Once, Mrs. Grumpy served me while spending the whole time having a social conservation on her mobile phone on speakerphone. I don't mind overhearing the banalities of someone else's social life, but I do mind not being greeted before I'm served. Mrs. Grumpy is also apparently close to illiterate, as she asked for my name, and I helpfully pointed out I'd printed it on the Hermes return parcel I'd just given to her. She gruffly stated she "didn't read names off parcels" and forced me to spell it out.Mrs. Grumpy clearly isn't the sharpest tool in the shed either: I printed off a Hermes label for a return of a stack of DVDs, and with much bad grace, she retrieved a bag she was supposed to put the cylinder into, complaining it was too big to fit. I helpfully pointed out that it would fit by turning it sideways, and rolling it up. Ultimately, I had to do this for her, and she attempted to justify her complaint by saying she "didn't work for Hermes". She stated this twice in the space of two minutes. I pointed out that she didn't work for Cadbury's either, but she still sold Cadbury's Creme Eggs in front of the till (a joke that was lost on her entirely).In short, if you enjoy truly appalling customer service, high fuel prices (they're cheaper at the Rice Lane Sainsbury's), or just want to return a Hermes parcel and don't care about the Mrs. Grumpy's opinions on the subject, I'd advise going here. Mrs. Grumpy will surely live up to her name, and you can be assured of feeling wholly depressed after just two minutes in her. Either that, or she _might_ just wish you a nice day... but given this has never happened, I'm giving review 1 star, instead of 3. I'd advise Mrs. Grumpy to reconsider her customer service approach... and it might ultimately be better for her blood pressure, as well as for everyone else.

Although the staff are great in here, we've watched the prices rising in this place, daily this week. However, witnessed fuel tanks filled Monday morning. Rip off. Avoid like the plague.

Just visited this site.
The cashier was on his mobile phone and couldn't even put it down to serve me... how rude !!!
