Been trying to ring this branch for the past 50 mins so I can ask if an item I was waiting on could be picked up as it wasn't in yesterday or the day before.. no answer ringing and ringing out then engaged .. this could be an OAP or someone who would struggle to get to then be told it still wasn't in . surely not too busy in 50 mins to answer the phone knowing people will be ringing for this reason . ridiculous

The quality of the service offered by this branch has plummeted over the past six months. This is not the fault of the pharmacists and customer-facing staff: they try their best, but there are simply too few of them present at any one time. Queues are frequently huge, medications are often not available. Something must have gone severely awry at the managerial level.

I have used this Boots for prescriptions for many years however due to my recent experience I will no longer use them. I went to collect an item on 23/2 and a member of Boots staff was very rude to me when I explained I needed the item that day she snapped ?I don?t really need to know that ? which upset me. I then went to another pharmacy as she said my item had been sent only to be told it wasn?t sent over. I then tried to ring the next day, 25 times ! none of my calls were answered. When I went in the next day I was told it never got sent over. I will say when I collected my last ever thing I will get there today 3/3 the NHS pharmacist was very nice,I think maybe some of the older staff in this store could take a leaf out of her book.

3rd and last time of going to this Store. Went 3 times at different times, tonight after 4pm. Waited and waited, there was 4 people in front of me, walked again as on other 2 occasions. Went into store to do some shopping and bummed into a bloke who'd been 2nd in the queue, he told me he'd walked out. The place is Horrendous. Customer service does'nt exist. Never again. Did'nt even want to give 1Star but you have no choice

Extremely rude staff who not only lacked the most basic of knowledge regarding the items I required but made an awkward situation even worse by arguing with me when I politely tried to explain the correct information regarding a medication I had been taking for many years, in order to obtain said medication from them. The entire fiasco also took place, embarrassingly, right in front of a growing queue of customers. The staff responsible have evidently had no training in confidentiality or treating customers with respect. Given where they work, I hate to imagine how often other people have to endure similar treatment.

Shocking organisation now. I waited 80 mins for my ordered item to be located in the back of store with noone able to explain why? And staff unwilling to check on the system if my item had been received by them although it had been 9 days since I requested the item on my doctors website! Everyone waiting for prescriptions seemed to be shocked at the time they had to wait. Staff are pleasant but I've said totally disorganised they can't find your prescription and seem to have no idea why or where it can be!!! . Notification texts are not being sent to say item can be picked up and when they are they can't find its location. People getting told to call back and when they do again its a very long wait. Phone calls to them are not being answered I rang 10 times prior to calling to no avail, just rings out. The former staff were great and provided a great service but sadly this is a thing of the past. Fed up with all this and going to change chemist even if its a much longer journey. Crosby Village needs another chemist! Sad but true

Great customer service. I was looking for a product that was not in stock in store. However, Amy kindly suggested ordering the product into store at no additional cost. This was something I was not aware you could do. A big thank you to Amy.

A vast range of products considering its not a huge store and not just medical products, it's your typical Boots store. The staff always seem to have a smile and will be glad to help with any problems if they can. Parking is at the public car park behind the station.

Great local with exceptional service customer care. I needed to purchase some incontinence products the assistant took me to the shelf to show me the options giving her opinion of the best buy .Bravo boots great to see and experience good old fashioned quality service
