I?ve been coming here for a few years now and even though I come way more often than I supposed to, I am always welcomed. The front desk queuing experience is the worst and sometimes appointments running a bit late, but once you?ve gone through waiting, the service is great. Ryan is extremely kind, professional and seem to have personal interest in helping customers. I would never choose any other opticians. ??

The staff were friendly .. but the woman who tested my eyes did it incorrectly , she didnâ??t turn off the lights and didnâ??t change the letters when she change the lens and also rushed it , and at the end she gave me the incorrect results because I did it somewhere else and they were different . Itâ??s not free so she doesnâ??t need to rush it and give me wrong results , it was horrible and Iâ??m never going there again ...

14 year old daughter had a very poor experience in Clayton Square Boots Opticians. The Optician was very insensitive to her problems that she was very upset by. The optician proceeded to worsen the experience by sending her to a eye hospital that we visited and found out doesn't even treat children ! However the front desk were nice and prompt.

Front desk is a little confusing, staff tend to congregate away from it.
The music blasting out above your head in the waiting area is completely different to the music blasting out a few feet away in the main store, which made me feel rather queezy and gave me an awful headache.
The optician appointment itself however was fine, nice and friendly and great at explaining and answering questions. He also noticed a problem several others have missed. Woot.
