Do not use this garage for a service, especially if booking through the AA. The garage cut the brakes on my vehicle, were negligent and lied about the parts of the test that they have carried out, although checked as completed. Test drive was expected, in addition to checking the vehicle over for any mechanical faults, however, this was checked off despite being told verbally that it had not been carried out. Although they fixed the issue when the AA brought it up with them, they expected a dangerous vehicle without brakes to be returned to them (which involves taking it back along a motorway and potentially causing a crash) and treated them cutting the vehicles brake as an inconvenience to them.

Thank you for the very prompt service this morning. Got a flat and you were able to come out to us, collect the tyre and replace it all within an hour of reporting the flat to you at 9am this morning. Helped me keep a hospital appointment. 5* service.

Used this garage twice in a month. Initially needed a puncture repair. They fitted me in straight away and fixed the tyre within 20 minutes while I waited. My car was then due an MOT and a service and my regular garage was closed due to Covid-19. Heswall Tyre & Test fitted me in before the MOT ran out and were able to do the service the same day. All at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service I received.
