Open 8-10am, and then randomly 4-6pm only on Thursdays. Absolute waste of journey and time spent on call to their customer services to then relay this.

The opening times shown on website are totally wrong.. Its says online it's open at some point Mon to sat but when you go there it is closed Mon Tues wed and Fri.. A wasted journey. At least update the website opening hours!!!

Stated delivered but item not delivered. Gave a close up photo of the parcel as proof of delivery, which doesnt prove anything. To top it off i have video evidence to prove no attempt was even made to deliver the parcel. Joke of a company.

Shocking. Went down with my disable father. Spoke to careless staff member who i explained my father is disable has no way of getting down to sorting office. Explained woman on phone give number for item and told bring ID which according to them wasn't enough. Opening times are wrong. False info given. No card left right address twice which has made an item of collection 2weeks disgusting. Never using royal mail again.

I use bootle drop off parcel alot, never any problems, staff are always helpful, print your labels out for you if required, answer any probs. well done gang..Scousers are the best.

Zero stars would be better description of the lack of service from Royal Mail. Following is rundown of recent experience1. Medical delivery : I was home . They said I wasn't My husband had to go collect parcel2. Parcel delivery : I was home. I followed Track & Trace throughout the day. They left messages on Track & Trace that they had been unable to deliver to my address because it is ''inaccessible''3 Redelivery attempt: I followed Track & Trace throughout the day. They left messages on Track & Trace that they had been unable to deliver to my address because it is ''inaccessible'4. Redelivery attempt : I finally got the parcel on the 3rd day after making official complaints. Seems address is accessible after all.5. Parcel delivery : This one from Amazon via Royal Mail (oh dear!) Today they have failed yet again to deliver another parcel , this time left a red card kindly suggesting I can go collect the parcel day after it gets back to the office in Bootle and Seaforth Delivery Office.

Never had a single issue with my post in L30. Always on time and our postie is the nicest fella you can meet, always goes above and beyond to make sure we get our letters and parcels. If I missed him then our stuff goes straight back here. The place is easy to find although on some days parking can be a bit of an issue. I?ve even been able to pickup a parcel I missed the same day thanks to the lovely guys who work here! Don?t understand the flak these guys get, they work hard and without them you wouldn?t get anything at all. Good job RM Bootle DO.

Never had an issue here. I drop a lot of parcels off (Tracked 24) quite often and 99% of them get delivered on time and if I have had an issue, its been after its left here. Even our postie is spot on. Never an issue when he collects parcels from my home.

Was closed when i went there, like why close so early on monday. Two stars cause when i went to a nearby Asda they had a good deal on strongbow and I would've missed it if it wasn't for that failed trip here.

not scanned special delivery as they supposed to. No idea whether my item is lost or been delivered. Sent very important documents and now I have to wait over a week before I can put a claim for loss...
