I took my 5 year old daughter for the first time. She loved the whole experience. It wasn't too expensive and the staff were lovely to both myself and my daughter.

Good prices for movies, would recommend taking your own snacks in unless you want to be voluntarily mugged buying them inside.Seats could be a bit more comfortable for the longer movies and there is a lack of 'couple seats'

Good place, food was cold (hot dog and popcorn). Enjoyed barbie, Atmosphere is absolutely awful chairs were like lego?s but it was all round quite disappointing. The smell is like a sewer quite a down area but the chlorine is very strong from the outside. Surprised I didn?t see any giant rats. Might go again

This cinema is a bit of a mess. You are greeted with smashed windows on the way in. Half of the VIP seats were out of use and the one I had booked had been sliced open seemingly with a sharp knife. The screen is damaged and I kept noticing the wrinkles in it throughout the film. This will need money invested in it or it will continue to be run down until it's closed. Not a good experience.

Straight forward access to see yr film. Good prices that start from £4.99 per seat pre booked online. Email confirmation has scan code .show this to ticket staff and your in. Clean venue , comfortable but beware the price of in house drinks and snacks - very pricey!Overall if you choose budget seats and don't get walloped for the in house snacks. A good time especially for the kids at decent cinema prices. SM.

I like going to the Vue Birkenhead because it is good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always clean and comfortable. The food and drink although pricey are tasty and hot.

Sad to see a cinema in this state. Cinema room smelt like urine. I wanted to ask for a refund but the kids didn't so had to bare it. And the staff had to be told to turn the lights off when the film started. Never seen that before.

Seating area approaches, the small staircases actually to the seats were dangerous, nothing to hold on to. I was with several elderly people and we all found getting up to and later down from the seating area a problem. Also a cold draught and strange smell emanating from behind the screen.Otherwise all 7 of us in there enjoyed the film.

We celebrated a birthday in Vue Cinema Birkenhead today and the amazing staff brought some barrier posts for our red carpet to make us all feel very special - and keep the paparazzi on distance ;)A day to remember with a super funny movie (Mummies - Discover A New World) on a fantastic screen (Studio 7) and very comfy seats. With super fair prices at Vue we had the opportunity to invite lots of guests without blasting the budget.Definitely my No.1 Cinema!!!

We often go here as it is a quiet cinema and has tickets from £5 for everyone. On meerkat Tuesday/Wednesday that means a family of 4 can get in for £10 plus booking fee (we have 2 meerkat vouchers). Bargain!

Cant go wrong with this cinema for the price. Old style seats but you couldn't ask for more for £5 to see a movie. It's clean has everything you would expect. I would go again and recommend Vue. We went to see the Mario movie on release day enjoyed the experience. Parking is not free but it's in the town centre so you have to pay a couple of pound. The parking is the only bad part. Small cramped parking. A child hit my car with another car door but no damage.

Not bad at all. Lots of space as the place was mostly empty as we went on a Sunday night. However, can't give 5 stars when you pay £13 for 2 bags of popcorn. I can get 1 moth worth of popcorn for £13 to feed a family of five. All prices are horribly inflated and makes no sense to pay more for the same product. I assume this is how cinemas run and it's how actors get paid the big bucks. All in all, the experience wasn't bad at all. Will most likely visit again and bring a backpack full of snacks with me.

Love the vue. It's always spotlessIt's so reasonably priced. I like the small popcorn trays for the kids with a drink and a chocolate bar for just a couple of pounds it means everyone gets a treat

I noticed there are alot more adverts when you watch here than the one in New Brighton. But at £5 a ticket, its half the price of New Brightons light cinema so not bad

This is basically the closest cinema to me now. The good points about this cinema is that it is now only £5 a film, the sound is great and the screens are decent. There are toilet facilities on site and the snacks are not as expensive as other cinemas - There is a car park which I think is free after 6:30pm but if you film is before this time you will have to pay.
