I ordered 100ml Abercrombie & Fitch First Instinct online two days ago, as it was out of stock in Birkenhead. It was delivered to the store this morning & I picked it up around 10am. It was securely packed & handed over by a friendly member of staff. Have to say I am delighted with the whole process & love my new perfume. Will definitely use the online ordering service in future. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and customer welcoming atmosphere... particularly by Claire, aided by Vicky. With Claire's knowledge ( calling to check with management if she is not sure) of almost all, if not everything on shelves and whatever not on, coupled with her marketing skills, you will buy all the shop if you can. They go further to bring in what you want. My appreciation.. thanks the fragrance shop Birkenhead.

Nice shop with average prices. I did however have to wait 2 weeks to get my order delivered to the shop while buying from the online store which is horrible as there is no information anywhere on the website or during the ordering process to say that you will have to wait that long. It's supposed to be click and collect. Even stuff from China arrives quicker than that.

Reported this company to the ICO. Every year they take £15 off me. Every year i cancel, get confirmation of cancellation yet they still charge me. If youve ever tried to call them, you know what a nightmare they arr

Terrible shop will never go back,they owe me £92 and wouldnt give me it back, bought a bottle of perfume on my debit card cost £92 , after leaving the shop i checked my banking app and i had been charged twice, went back the shop spoke to the manager and he said one of the payments would disappear as they where only pending payments, that night both payments went through, went back the shop and asked for a re fund, he refused to refund my money , he then wrote down an email address on one of the small pieces of paper you squirt perfum on and said email them and you should get your money back in 5 days, theres only 10 shopping days till xmas, and im £92 down, i find this unacceptable, why should i be out of pocket due to an error in the shop!

??Check your email and accounts??I am genuinely furious that your company have made an account in my name, held my payment details and charged me £15 at 3 am at night with no prior notice for membership 14 months after I bought a fragrance from your birkenhead branch, you ignored my phone call content, I have been fraudulently mis-sold, had my data misused as to steal moneys from my bank account, return my money.I would also say that sending a blue heart emotion in the email to say tough luckwas extremely inappropriate in the circumstances.Mark
