Awful Staff service not telling anyone cash only till they’ve ordered food staff behind counter need to sort out there attitude to customers won’t be going here again

Every time I have been to Gregg's the hot food I get is near enough cold.

Was surprised at the quality of food served here , absolutely spot on, the wife didn't feel too well this morning so to save me carrying her down stairs to make my food for work I called here!! Wasn't disappointed ????
