It?s ok but the woman who served me needs to work on her people skills , totally miserable , like a bad energy or attitude coming from her , maybe she got out of bed the wrong side ? Puts me off going back tbh

Ordered a hairdryer for delivery. I was sent one that had been returned to store and the idiots left the sticker on it! The hairdryer wasn?t even put back in the original packaging, so, it?s going back and I?m reporting you to trading standards. You can?t sell new and then send something that has been returned without tell customers!

Won?t be buying from Argos again managers in this store are shocking. One manage technical does try but messes your receipts up so after an exchange you can never exchange again. Other manager I encountered today Pam doesn?t know her job and didn?t even look into the detail of what?s happened just call this number then when you call the number they speak to her and she puts the phone down thinking you didn?t see her, then ?says they hung up?. Absolute joke in that place. I will be speak to the FCA for mid-sold/refund old sell new policy which isn?t to what I have original agreed to. Due to manager marks actions I don?t have my original invoice and stuck with a faulty product and paper work that means nothing.

Mixed bag. My collection was straight forward and the staff were polite but there were a couple of men waiting to pick up a small fridge. They had a taxi waiting outside and the staff brought over the item on a board with wheels on it. They then dumped it by the tills and took away the trolley leaving the customer to drag it to the entrance. A total lack of courtesy. Would it be so much trouble to let them wheel it to the door and then take back the wheels. Just little steps that could make the customer service a huge amount better.

Ordered a unit that arrived with missing parts. Was told I could return to this store however the manager said he would not take and I would have to wait until after quarantine.Despite the website and customer service telling me to return the item here he point blank refused.Customer service sent me replacement parts and there were still items missing. Safe to say I will never be shopping with Argos again.

Walked straight in no waiting face mask required and sanitizer at the entrance. Able to get round aisles keeping a distance. Used self check out quick and easy to use

This store is now an Argos store in store which operates just like a normal store. They provide a collection point for eBay and collection of TU parcels but you can actually buy items and purchase anything in the catalogue here, parking is free it's a must for Prenton.

I have put one star to allow me to write a review...but I wouldn't truly have even given that! I have had two awful encounters with the Argos staff in this store, when I collected my items, and when I attempted to returned an item. The customer services was shocking and the assistant's behaviour was disgraceful. I also spoke to the main customer services via telephone and after a 20 minutes of being on hold, they did not help me either...I still haven't got my money back and apparently you can only make an complaint in writing, there is no email available, not a robust procedure for this day and age!
