Lovely traditional pub but needs an overhaul to … dated decor and furnishings , overgrown play area out the back , looking tired and a bit scruffy … customer service from landlady is cold and lacks any friendliness or hearty warm welcomes … drinks not cheap but to be honest nowhere is cheap nowadays !!

Lacks atmosphere - feels forced and cringey. Landlady is painfully unwelcoming - heard her moaning about other customers that had just left which was very unprofessional and constantly was complaining that nobody uses the pub anymore. Locals are not friendly - big tall guy called John kept glaring at us when we were laughing... read full comment
