Purchased a 800kg bag of decorative gravel on Wednesday and it was delivered today, Friday. The staff were really polite and helpful, took me into the yard to look at the product, and even though they were busy, stopped what they were doing to help me. The guys in the office were equally helpful and friendly. Price of the product was much lower than anywhere else and was even given free delivery. Delivered today with equal efficiency and skill. Absolutely excellent.

If people think this is a good builders merchants then they must be from another planet. Prices are higher than wicks and b and q put togetherHow do they manage to stay in business?The staff are useless.20 staff in the office and one lad in the yard trying to serve 5 people. I used to think B and Q were expensive. My opinion has changed.MKM charges over £6 for a bag of cement.£1.80 more than other merchants.And why do they mislead you giving you the cost before VAT??10 plus staff in the office and one man in the yard loading up several vans. No business sense.The fence panels are very poor qualityWill not return to MKM ever again
