Just changed to co op farmacy in the village as its so annoying having to wait so long for some of the staff to get your prescription, they tried for a month to get one of my dads tablets, but we're unsuccessful, so took prescription to the Co op and they had it in

My husband attended this pharmacy this evening for an emergency prescription of antipsychotic medication- this was due to his usual pharmacy not being able to order it in on time for him, however they stated they were unable to release the prescription so an emergency one was his only option. To be honest we try to avoid this pharmacy now due to the amount of times they?ve given me the incorrect medication. Tonight was the worst experience yet. The PHARMACIST or dispenser- whoever counts out the medications marcjed out and said to him ?you do know we get monitored for these yes??- firstly he pays for his prescriptions so what does that matter, secondly that?s nothing to do with him. She then went on to have a go at him for not being able to get his full prescription (not his fault, it was submitted to the other pharmacy in plenty of time, but they couldn?t get it despite having waited a week. She then said ?well you better sort it out tomorrow then because if you don?t you?re on your own; don?t expect us to do this again?. She then marched off in the back leaving someone who already struggles with his mental health, feeling extremely anxious and embarrassed since she did this in front of a queue of people. One of the staff members was apologetic and said she?d been speaking to staff like this all day. For ease of identifying her, it was whichever pharmacist or dispenser was working at 8pm on Thursday 28th. This isn?t the first time I?ve complained about this pharmacy, yet all you get when you do is a copy and paste apology on here rather than any action. It?s getting worse and worse. What used to be a reliable pharmacy 10yrs ago is now dangerous and degrading to its customers. I?d dread to think what harm they?ve caused more vulnerable customers. I fully intend to take this further and am looking at liaising with the general pharmaceutical council because the pharmacy has made errors which have caused real physical harm to me and now emotional harm to my husband. The ?front of house? staff are great but the actual pharmacist or whoever is in charge of preparing the medications needs removing. I would advise customers to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

A woman working at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me. Embarrassed me infront of the whole queue, to the point of me walking away crying.I?m not a confident person and will never use their services again.

I was with Lloyd's and when it closed moved to Asda, Newark Road - best decision ever, Asda pharmacy staff in three words: efficient, compassionate and understanding - a great collaborative team, well done and thank you for your service.

Been to this pharmacy for a 10 years but in the last year it?s become completely unreliable and frankly dangerous. For example, today I sent my husband to pick up a prescription for my seizure medication and instead they gave him nasal spray that I ordered 2 months ago that they didn?t give me last time I went in last month. When my husband challenged it and said there was another medication (I can see online my gp sent it electronically 2 days ago so I know they have it, the woman became very rude with my husband and told him that I haven?t put in another prescription: this now means that I haven?t had my morning medication which will likely result in me having a seizure - while we now try and sort something else out.

Shopped on behalf of a neighbour who is very poorly and needed the medication that day which had been sent to Asda pharmacy. Told that the prescription would be 10 minutes, I said I've some shopping to do so I'll call back later. Rejoined a que of 8 after 40 minutes, when it was my turn to be served one hour had passed then when my turn came I was informed that they hadn't got the medication in stock without a sign of any empathy whatsoever. Why was I not informed that it wasn't in stock initiallyinstead of telling me it would be 10 minutes? Is the chemist there understaffed and can't cope or are they just simply disorganised? Looking at some of the other reviews on here it appears that I'm not on my own.

Absolutely appalling pharmacy. Miserable and rude staff. I have been patient with this service for months and understanding when things haven't been available, or stock not ordered in their error, however my experience today was just ridiculous. Having patiently waited for over 20 minutes to then be told sorry we're now closed, however the lady could help the man stood BEHIND ME in the queue with his request, yet couldn't issue me with a repeat prescription which I had already been in to chase up. I had ordered this over a week ago and it had not been ordered into stock in their error. This happens literally everytime I go to collect. There is always some kind of issue including stock not ordered, stupid queuing times, rude staff, or trying to blame me for not ordering my items when I had, it's just their inability to do their job correctly. ASDA, these employees need some serious customer service training.

Some staff are amazing others work at a snail pace!! Stand in the queue for 45 minutes only to be told that the item is not in stock!! Used this pharmacy for many years now changed after todays fiasco!!!!

I?m currently stood in a queue of 5 at the pharmacy in Asda, not moved in 15 minutes. I cannot understand why people?s prescriptions are never ready. I?m here just to purchase pharmacy only products, and sadly have to wait whilst one member of staff takes an age to find pre ordered prescriptions for those in front of me. I?ve worked in a pharmacy, it?s not rocket science! What is the delay!!?????

I've always been really patient with this pharmacy because I know the pressure they have on them to produce everyones items on time however, today I've arrived to collect 6 items which I put in 6 days ago, giving them plenty of time to get it ready. I was then told most of my items were not in stock but they could give me what they had if I wait 20 minutes. Of course I said that's fine and went off for a wonder around the shop. I've then come back to the pharmacy 15/20 minutes later and the bloody shutters are up! So now I have no items at all and have had to drive home emtpy handed. Fuming is an understatement. Very disappointed.

If you want to wait half an hour in the queue then another 20 minutes before they find your prescription then this is place for you!I?ve never been served in less than half an hour. I once made 4 visits in the same day because they just couldn?t get it right & then they gave me an old out of date prescription so I had to go back again.As I write this review, I have currently been stood here 20 mins and they seem to be looking for another customers items and they have absolutely no clue where it is! I will definitely be Changing pharmacies!!!!

Visited this pharmacy tonight, wow! 5 people in the queue waiting patiently. Some of them had been stood for over 20 mins. Staff could see the queue and how people were coming a little agitated, along comes a new born baby, the parents of the baby shouted hello to the staff. Well the staff all stopped doing what they were and were straight over to the baby cooching over it. I understand it's cute to see a newborn but please please deal with your customers before this. Expeciallly when we have all been waiting patiently. Anyway good luck to the new parents hope goes well.I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Awful...again...every visit there's a 20 min wait to be served. Can never find your prescription & 80% of time end up owing tablets. (Each customer takes at least 5-10 mins) I shall be changing my preferred pharmacy.
