If I could give no stars I would. The Owner is very unhelpful and rude. She took my money for a parcel to Bristol and mis-typed the postcode so, according to my Post Office Certificate of Posting, it got sent to Birmingham and, of course, it hasn't arrived! The blond lady was very impolite and even rude, and unhelpful. simply she didn't know how to do her job. eventually her collogue helped me.
