Terrible delivery team unhelpful, obnoxious, from the moment of arriving. Put the sofa in myself and claimed back delivery charge from customer services. Shop local in future and support your independent retailers.

Ordered 2 sofas from Lincoln store on the 4oct 2022 asked about Christmas delivery and was promised it only would take 5-6 weeks so paying in full with cash (close to £3000) got my delivery date for 8/11/22 one week ago got a email saying date changed till 4/1/23 as there not in the country till after Christmas due to covid , but if you ask in the store still saying fast delivery before Christmas very poor service and have today cancelled my order, don?t get anything from this company

Ordered a sofa beginning of June- delivery date now end of November. Nothing to sit on and covid being blamed. I have managed to teach all through covid so not sure how hard it can be to make a sofa!

Ordered a triple wardrobe, a double wardrobe , chest of drawers , 2 bedside tables , mirror , coffee table and tv unit.6 week wait fair enough .Fast forward 6 weeks and they they turned up as arranged .carried in every thing but the wardrobed , "stailifts in the way mate".Arranged another delivery and removal of the stair lift chair ( leaving g rail as arranged)Another two man team turned up , took one look and said the stairs are to small these are to big and heaven.but if you change the type and go for another they are smaller and will go up no worries.So after hours on the phone to customer service, who originally wanted another £150 to collect the stuff already delivered it all gets swapped and rearranged weeks later .Turns up today , can't do that as the rail is in the way .The same rail that 6 weeks ago was fine.They didn't even try as it's health and safety .Another call to customer service and I'm asking for a full refund of nearly 4 k .Ten minutes later they fit up the stairs that they couldn't ten before.My advice don't

Just had our occasional tables delivered and couldn?t be happier. Quality is brilliant and delivery driver contacted within 30minutes to say was on his way.Will definitely be shopping at Oak furniture LINCOLN in the future.

I ordered two sideboards in store. I felt slightly rushed, the salesperson didn't seem that bothered.One sideboard arrived fine, the other sideboard arrived with some slight damage. It was a frustrating and time consuming experience getting it resolved and required two visits from a technician. If you use this company you are taking a chance with build quality and customer service, and be prepared to spend an hour on the phone.

Not a pleasant experience overall. Ordered well before Xmas (sept 21) didn?t ask for Xmas delivery, could only choose between 3 delivery days (poor), each of which required booking a days holiday no flexibility! 2weeks before delivery delayed! The products we ordered are not even made in the UK (shipped from Thailand). Make sure you inspect the furniture thoroughly to avoid disappointment at the quality (lesson learned too late for me).

We have bought bedroom furniture in sage like colour, unfortunately the colour faded and its grey now. We reported it to shop so they can improve but it doesnt look they were intrested.

5 Months To Deliver, What a Joke. Order CancelledBeen waiting for our furniture since we orderd it on 7th October 2021 They have just delayed my furniture again and told we can't have it till MarchIf I order it on website it says delivery 7 -14 days, yet I can't select a day for delivery for delivery until March.I will never buy from this lot ever again.

Lincoln store, James (Martin sic) was brilliant!So sorry we ordered then online and not with James. We ran out of time and it was a Sunday and did not want to miss your offer on table and 10 chairsWe are really looking forward to receiving our new furniture from yourselves and have paid the extra to have it fully installed as suggested by James for complete peace of mind.Again, brilliant personal and professional service, highly recommended!

Lovely staff, very helpful, especially as I've had to rearrange delivery dates so many times due to my moving date changing. They were very understanding and tried to help in anyway they could.
