Unfortunately if I could provide a lower rating than one star, I would. I worked for a business who used LA Solutions for each of their fleet vehicles which is how I became aware of this company. Initially I would have given a 5 star review based on how I was treated before this incident.After using this business, I recommended a family member to use them after an issue with their car. In all honesty, I am appalled by how these events played out. The car went in the first time and the matter appeared to be resolved, no more than three days later did the same issue occur again. Obviously these issues can happen so we did use their garage again to resolve the issue. The second time the vehicle went in, the issue appeared to have disappeared. Three days later it came back.The mechanic did not provide pricing before any works were carried out until he was explicitly told to provide pricing before working on the vehicle, a garage of RAC standards would know to price the work before carrying out to ensure the customer was prepared for the cost as an ethical and moral duty.I, myself spoke to the receptionist to book the vehicle in for the second time to be met with distasteful and quite honestly disgusting treatment. I can honestly say I have never been spoken to in this manner and did not appreciate the rude treatment when I only mentioned that the issue appeared again and was looking to book in.The vehicle has been in for the third time today and the mechanic did not take it to the specialist garage to which he guaranteed his client that he would. The mechanic essentially guessed what the error was by speaking to the specialist over the phone rather than letting them investigate the issue.Once again, the mechanic did not know what the issue was and the client lost faith in this business due to the disappointing experience they received. The mechanic once again told the client that they needed to pay more money for a part to be fitted to ?fix the car?. The mechanic was told that the client was not prepared to spend the amount that they had already received, let alone another £700.00 for something that could possibly not even fix the vehicle as there was no guarantee. The client has once again left this garage with a broken vehicle when it was made clear that they needed their car to get to and from work.If you would like to spare yourself from throwing your money down the drain and abhorrent treatment from this delightful receptionist, I would steer clear of this establishment. Luckily the client is in better hands of a proper garage with morals.If anyone at LA Solutions believes that this review is unfair, I would like to invite you to contact me as you have my details on system. I look forward to your call.

Fantastic place? highly recommend!! I found them through Google and turned up within the hour of speaking to them in order to get a quote for my insurance company so we could get the ball rolling to fix my car. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end - even had my car cleaned. They managed the insurance company beautifully and I highly commend all their staff! Thank you!! Fantastic service from start to finish, I scraped the side of my Motorhome on hols in France ?, a major Motorhome dealer recommended Lincoln Automotive Solutions, so got a quote, accepted, booked in and fixed to a very high standard. A seriously professional company that I can highly recommend.

We were so impressed with the level of service from the beginning. Lincoln Automotive came highly recommended by an RAC engineer who explained it was a local, family run business, they were friendly, ethical and honest and he wasn't wrong. Unfortunately we had been sold a used car by a dealership who were not any of those things, but Kim and his time worked hard to put right what they could and to advise where needed to communicate with the warranty company. Jeanette kept me in the loop and they provided a car for us to use while we waited for ours to be fixed. A very friendly, polite service and we'll be using them from now on for any car fixing/servicing requirements. Put my faith back in garages again, so thank you!

My car broke down on the way to a small break in Mablethorpe. It was recovered to this garage on the reccomendation of the rac patrolman. The lady on the phone was very friendly and seemed more than happy to recieve calls and questions from me. I was kept informed about what was wrong with my vehicle and repairs needed to remedy. I had my vehicle back by Friday which I was very happy with considering dealership parts were required to complete the job and it wasn't a planned in job. When collecting the car I spoke to the mechanic who was also very friendly and willing to talk through what had been done and what caused the problem. The price was also very reasonable and less than I expected to pay. As a mechanic by trade myself I know there were no attempts at all to try and overcharge for things ( as many more dishonest garages will try to do for breakdowns). Overall I'm extremely happy with the service provided and if I lived closer I would definitely use them again
