Cold food and wrong order.

Ordered the bbq tower burger meal, large but only received regular chips. Annoying but could overlook that?Ate some chips and a hot wing, took a bite of out the burger and almost chipped my tooth! Took it back to the restaurant and the lady on the till agreed the burger looked gross and asked for another to be made, but would only give me the burger because I?d eaten ?most of it?.I?d eaten what I?d eaten before I took a bite of the terrible burger and regardless the chips and other hot wing would be cold by now (you?re often lucky if it isn?t served cold) so any trained customer service employee would replace the whole sub par meal.Not the guy working I had the displeasure of dealing with, rude and just wanted to be difficult. Ended up receiving a full refund for 3 meals so would have been cheaper to just get me a new meal. Confrontational attitude from him for no reason.Other staff were friendly so that guy must have been ill on training day.

The Colonel must be turning in his grave seeing what some franchises have done to his fried chicken recipe. This used to be a fairly decent branch, the premises clean and the food was decent. Went in today and was very disappointed. The fries were cold, soggy and bland. There was nothing you could have done to them to make them edible. I got a "mighty bucket" with 2 of each hot wings, chicken strips and chicken pieces. The batter was over-seasoned and far too salty, it had been over cooked too. All the batter tasted the same, the hot wings weren't hot and if I'd had my eyes shut, I wouldn't have been able to tell by taste which piece was which. One of the chicken pieces was the same size as one of the "hot wings" which isn't what you'd expect. There was no coffee, no ice creams, just cold, fizzy drinks. All in all, a massive disappointment and this branch of KFC is now on my "avoid" list of fast food places.Edit: less than 24 hrs after my visit, I'm ill. Coincidence? Maybe.

Ordered online, through just eat. Do not order from this restaurant. Others are so much better. We keep giving this restaurant a chance but we?re left disappointed everytime. Tonight, our order was delivered on time no problem. But the chicken was clearly undercooked, noticeably pink on the inside and slightly cooked on the outside. The order was all in on box despite it being different pieces. So the uncooked chicken contaminated everything else.

absolutely lovely workers. all very helpful and kind. I received my meal very quickly and it was warm and it was what I ordered. the place overall was incredibly clean.

VEGAN/VEGGIE REVIEW - Super quick prep, but flavour unimpressive - basic flavour profile on the cheesy chips, which also seemed to be stale ? - definitely need a fork to eat too. Vegan crunchy taco was ok, although nothing special - as everything else vegan was mediocre; I would rather get a mcplant meal, much better value for money and tasteVegetarian options: Meh.....

Mouldy chicken.I would not eat here again, this mouldy chicken looks disgusting it is throughout both portions of popcorn chicken and one of the burgers. We were unable to eat the food we purchased.Don?t risk it, literally starving at food poisoning.

Not sure what they've done to this location. As other reviews have stated, the chicken is not fresh at all. The coating is rock solid and the chicken is dry. Must've been sat there for a long time. Chips are always undercooked and soggy too. They do have an issue with not replacing the oil very often (as mentioned by staff when I asked why the wings look fine but taste burnt).Staff are very pleasant though.
