Searched many of the other carpet places but this place was the one.Great service, happy people and helpful.Both times we dealt with Terri from this store and she was great. So lovely and helpful. She has so much knowledge and explained everything to us. She is the reason we back for a second time. She even recognised us from the first time, which would have been about 6 months prior.If and when we need more flooring, this store will definitely be our first choice.”

“We already knew roughly what we wanted when spoke to Brad at United who gave us lots of options that met our description. We picked out what we wanted, got an excellent price, and it was all then installed over multiple days (at our request to move all the furniture around!) to a very high standard. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I couldn’t find anything anywhere near as good for the money. Every carpet replaced for less than we thought possible. We’ll be using Brad and his team again!”
