Our order of engineered wood arrived. The quality was excellent, (especially for the price) but we changed our mind about the colour. Just been back to the store to exchange and it was no trouble at all. The team were really helpful....another review to follow when it's fitted!

Well where do i start picked up a sample of my choice to get home and tyler said i gave you wrong size sample then tyler relised the sample that i required was not in stock so he sent me one through the post which took 4 days so when the sample arrived i phoned the number on the back of the sample to find lincoln is just a show room £40 delivery just to make people aware

Had the entire house floored and the process was quick and easy. The flooring and quote was all arranged by Terri in store who was extremely helpful and positive. Have come back to floor the next property! Highly recommend
