202 High St“They were very helpful when I went to set up my student account! Especially Zoe who had a kind patient attitude; usually hate the atmosphere of banks but this one has a much friendlier one than usual. Not forgetting the useful ATMs and cash deposits too.”

“Made a careless error signing up for something I didn't want and only realised when I got my bank statement. Went into the Forum branch , my local, and they made a couple of calls and it was all cancelled without any loss of cash from my account. Most helpful and pleasant without making me feel stupid ! Can't rate this busy branch enough.”

203 High St“I signed up for an account here once. The staff are very nice, and even finished signing me up quickly after getting a hint that I needed to be somewhere else in an hour. Most times I've called them - some reasons stupider than others - I've been connected to the same person that helped me with making an account. If I had a question, they would answer in a very helpful and surprising amount of detail. The place is very clean surprisingly. The only downside is that the building is slightly small. Other than that, this is the best bank experience I've had so far.”
“,well we have to move with the times but I for one am rather sad there isn't the human contact and you just have to stand in front of a machine and press buttons,at the moment you can get advice and help but am afraid not before long it will be devoid of human contact,just hope there will still be seats to rest on.”
“Never had a problem here, ok yes sometimes there is a queue but it's not going to kill anyone to spend a few minutes of their life queuing. 2pm close is a bit early but I'd rather be there before 2 than mess about going into town. Staff.... well I've always found them to be polite and friendly, maybe it's a two way thing, I'm polite and friendly so they are. These people are just doing their jobs, give them a break. BE KIND xx”

“I checked my savings account and had a payment that I was not sure about and one of the advisers helped me out one of the payments was a fraud so they helped get me a new card ordered so I'm very happy with the service I got today 10/10”
