Looks grubby, waited 8 mins for a lady to buy a lotto ticket just so that I could get change for the trolly. Staff were leaned against the counter, chatting about the night before! Other staff where chatting to security about computer gaming etc and no one was interested in anyone around them over hearing their convo.There was rubbish on the in several areas, stock trollies just dumped (with no one in sight) so you couldn't get to what you wanted.selection was very poor and disorganised.....definitely won't be using Asda again

Was very poorly treated by a short slim woman with coloured hair. There were no trollies outside so we had to use a basket. I am genuinely disabled and have a poor heart so often use a trolley just for a few bits as it is easier for me. Anyway I get to the till and said lady point blank refused to serve me at the normal till "because you have a basket and not a trolley". I tried to explain that I am not a fan of self serve Because I believe they take jobs from people and was just about to explain that although I do not look disabled, I am, and self serve is very difficult for me, and there were simply no trollies to USE as they had all been taken, she interrupted me. She did put the things through the till for me, but the space around self service is not ideal for my disabilities. She THEN forced a lady in a motorised wheelchair to use self service and refused to serve her too!! Talk about disability discrimination!!! That lady needs to be re educated regarding hidden disabilities and go on a customer service course about how to talk to people! I am genuinely never shopping here again. I will not support a business who hires staff that blatantly discriminates vulnerable people. Disgusting. I also tried to raise this with the call in customer service team but they took no contact details for me and fobbed me off with "we will. Pass this on". Simply awful.

This is a while back. So before you ask for date and time I've not a clue. But I was WRONGLY ACCUSED of stealing by a short skinny female worker with coloured hair who was extremly rude and stuck up. still works in asda to this day. I've heard from multiple people who have had negative encounters with this peice of scum. Not been in asda since.

Asda at Nettleham Rd is a good place to shop for your essential bits, but it's not the cheapest,sometimes they don't have what you want but it's local.

Yeah i thought i would put a review on about a worker called jocelyn she came up to me in asda and grabbed me for shop lifting in the shop never stole anything in my life .Ive never felt so embarrassed in all my life.No apology no nothing so im taking this furtherThis happened a few weeks ago it was shocking no need for it what so ever

Everytime I have ordered from this place they miss out one or more items and don?t contact me to let me know. Which is a problem because just eat doesn?t always offer refunds. Please sort out your deliveries.

Well stocked for a smaller Asda store. I would prefer more staff on tills as not a fan of the increasing number of self serve tills.Bakery items are very good and prices generally are competitive.
