And very helpful.Prescriptions were all over the place it was pin the tail on the donkey to find your prescription-if they were lucky enough to find it! Took some old medication here today having read online any pharmacy would except it. Not so. Large - ish guy at the counter said he couldn't if it had been dispensed else where, because they are currently going under a change of management. What that would have to do with safe disposal of some old meds is beyond me. I think the staff here just can't be bothered. It was the same a few years ago when I waited 40 minutes for a prescription to be dispensed two days after they had received it. Hope the new manager runs a tighter ship.

worlds SLOWEST CHEMIST. and the man who serves is scruffy, unkempt and needs to iron his shirt?he?s representing the pharmacy .. if you?re in a rush avoid here . it?s always empty on stock!!!

Never answer the phone, line engaged or it just rings and rings and cuts off. Totally unacceptable.

I've tried phoning Lloyd's Chemist all day today (30 times). Either the line is busy, or my call rings out until it automatically cuts off. Not impressed. I need an urgent delivery of tablets to my 90 year old mum

Why do the staff look so unhappy? I was told I'd have to wait today. I asked how long and my reply was "well there's all them others waiting before you" about 6 people waiting for prescriptions. The staff look so unhappy I could sense they are under pressure, not a good look.

What a rubbish pharmacy. Either they can find the script, they don't have the meds you need in stock or you have to wait ages before you get them. Staff are matter of factish and appear very uncaring. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. ?
